PLG provided ‘exclusive’ interpreter services at the B2B conference connecting the Natural Stone Trade Industry between Turkey and Vietnam

This is a significant event that provides businesses between Vietnam and Turkey the opportunity to collaborate and trade in the natural stone industry. This promises to bring a plentiful supply of high-quality materials to investors, providing them with greater choice and peace of mind in the construction materials market in Vietnam.

Recently, a natural stone industry trade networking conference was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was organized by the Istanbul Mineral Exporters Association (IMIB) in collaboration with Minh Vi Exhibition & Advertisement Services – VEAS and garnered the attention of various enterprises from both Turkey and Vietnam.

As it is known, Turkey is one of the countries with the highest reserves of minerals in the world. Among them, the natural stone industry accounts for approximately 65%, with various types of stones such as marble, granite, limestone, onyx, and travertine. Due to the advantages of natural stones including durability, strong load-bearing capacity, and resistance to pollution, erosion, and dust, the industry has been vigorously developed and exploited by professionals.

The participating corporations included MCD Marble, Leonardo Marble, Cekicler Marble, Ivmar – Ivmer Marble, Inspectstone – Trustum, Gulmer Marble, Canel Mining, Ozerler Marble, Pacific Marble, Marmor Marble, Focus Marble, Natura Marble, and SMM Mining.

Furthermore, the event received enthusiastic support from the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey and Vietnamese industry associations. Additionally, over 150 Business to Business (B2B) meetings were held between businesses from the two countries, connecting importers, distributors, and retailers. Besides, the event aims to help businesses learn about import policies into the Vietnamese market to promote and expand the cooperative relationship between the two countries.
