This store specializes in selling clothing items for men, women, and children of all ages, and has a consistent customer base due to the following advantages it offers to buyers through the following criteria.

This is one of the critical factors in the importing process, as it strongly affects the customers’ psychology. Branded products are more trustworthy as they ensure complete documentation, including invoices and related papers with the product, such as those from reputable suppliers like Viet Tien, Viet Long, Vinh Tuan, or a combination of several reliable sources to ensure customers’ peace of mind when placing orders.

2. Choose fabrics that are currently in trend

Currently, many types of fabrics on the market are evaluated based on standards and quality such as durability, breathability, stretchability, and sweat absorption to meet the preferences of each individual and provide freedom of choice. Among them, the most popular fabrics are kate, canvas, flannel, wool, umi fabric, paper denim, khaki fur, mango silk, silk, crepe silk, paper jersey, cotton jersey, ribbed cotton, two-way stretch fabric, cool stretch fabric, polyester, nylon, spandex and it is always a popular choice among many customers.

Any customer who comes here will feel comfortable when shopping because the shop policy requires sales staff not to pressure or bother customers while they are browsing. However, in case customers need advice, the consultants will be enthusiastic to explain and help them choose outfits that match their colors and styles to enhance their beauty.

Based on real surveys, the prices at this shop are usually 15%-20% lower compared to the same products sold outside, with a customer-friendly return policy. In addition, they often offer promotional programs, and Sometimes, see someone in a difficult situation, they proactively offer discounts and even free items from the shop owner.

6. Integrating technology into online sales strategies

Among them, clothing, footwear, and cosmetics account for 69%. Realizing the high demand for online business, their shop has actively built an online platform to connect and increase new interactions.
